Donaldson DFPRE dust filtration units come fully assembled, making installation and commissioning simpler than with individually designed filtration systems. Integrated controllers, fan options and ready-made connections reduce installation time.

AUTOMATIC CONTROL FOR DOWN-TIME operation

The automatic pulse cleaning system monitors dust build-up on the filter elements and activates timely shake cycles.
This ensures stable and uninterrupted operation of the unit, efficient cleaning of the filters and longer filter life.

INTELLIGENT MONITORING WITH ICUE™

DFPRE dust filtration units use a controller with integrated iCue™ Connected Technology, which allows remote monitoring of the unit’s operation and real-time data analysis.

The system provides access to key operational parameters: it allows you to monitor the operation of the unit, the condition of the filters, pressure changes, compressed air parameters and other important data. It integrates easily with other production management systems.

Remote monitoring helps to maintain optimal plant performance, detect changes in performance more quickly, plan maintenance and avoid downtime risks.

DONALDSON ULTRA-WEB® FILTER ELEMENT TECHNOLOGY

Ultra-Web® – advanced nanofibre filtration technology used in Donaldson filter elements. It traps even sub-micron dust particles directly on the surface of the filter and prevents them from penetrating inside the filter.

This patented technology is standard on all Donaldson DFPRE series units.

Fewer filters

The unique triangular shape of the DFPRE series allows for a more efficient use of the filtration area and a higher airflow per filter element. As a result, fewer filter cartridges are required for the same filtration performance.

 

Fewer filters means lower maintenance costs, easier servicing and a smaller footprint.

DOWNFLO® ORO SRAUTO control technology

DFPRE industrial dust filtration units are designed so that the airflow inside the unit always moves downwards, naturally pushing the dust towards the collection tank. In this way, the majority of contaminant particles settle without contact with the filter elements – reducing the load on the filters and extending their service life.

1. Contaminated air enters the unit through the entrance area.
2. Larger and heavier particles are deposited in the dust hopper due to the direction of the air flow.
3. Smaller particles are retained in the filter elements.
4. The cleaned air is discharged back into the room or into the environment.

Explosive dust filtration and ATEX solutions

Donaldson DFPRE dust filtration units can be adapted for use with explosive dusts and are equipped with appropriate fire and explosion protection.

 

DFPRE industrial filters can be equipped with a wide range of explosion protection solutions: blast wave discharge panels, suppression systems, check valves, deflectors, extinguishing modules and other safety components.
