- Innovative technologies allow the use of up to 40% fewer filter elements in this model, which significantly reduces the size of the equipment and thus the purchase price, the cost of replacing the elements, and saves valuable production space.
- Downflo® Evolution is an even more advanced downflow technology that allows the filter to work even more efficiently. The air inside the Donaldson DFE filter unit now moves from top to bottom through an integrated separation section, which means that the majority of contaminants are naturally deposited in the dust container without coming into contact with the filter elements;
- A special inlet module reduces air velocity and eliminates the risk of abrasive particles;
- Donaldon Ultra-Web® nano-fibre filter elements ensure high dust collection efficiency, lower drag and smoother airflow;
- The new MaxPulse™ filter element shaking system transfers 27% more cleaning energy to the filter fabric;
- Thanks to the unique DFE filter cartridge design, more filter material is placed at the bottom of the cartridges, so that more of the shaken dust is directed downwards – directly towards the dust collection tank.
