We offer two types of external spark arresters
Cyclonic spark arresters are high-efficiency devices that operate by centrifugal acceleration. It ensures that sparks are effectively extinguished or removed from the air stream to the collection container.
- Manufactured in carbon steel, for duct diameters from 125 mm to 1000 mm;
- Can also act as a separation module for large amounts of interruption dust;
Duct spark arresters are simple and cost-effective spark reduction devices for installation in duct systems. The effectiveness of the trap is based on the simple principle of disrupting the laminar flow of air to cool and extinguish the sparks before they enter the cyclone or filtration unit.
- There are no moving parts and the operation requires no energy;
- Manufactured from galvanised or stainless steel 304SS;
- Connection diameters from 100mm to 710 mm;
- Easily installed using Quick-Fit clips;
Important: The proposed traps do not guarantee complete containment of sparks and cannot be considered as spark detection and extinguishing devices.
