Donaldson DFPRE 1 – mobile welding fume collectros
The Donaldson DFPRE 1 is a mobile filtration unit designed specifically for welding and metalworking processes. Ready to use – just plug into the mains. No need for continuous compressed air or ductwork.
The Donaldson DFPRE mobile welding fume filters are equipped with a single Ultra-Web® Flame Retardant nanofibre filter element – effectively trapping sub-micron particles, even during intense welding. The filter element is purged with pulses of compressed air – compressed air (6 bar) is only connected during the cleaning process, consuming only 75 l/min per purge cycle.

Donaldson Ultra-Web® filter element technology
Ultra-Web® – advanced nanofibre filtration technology used in Donaldson filter elements. It traps even sub-micron dust particles (less than 1 micron) directly on the surface of the filter and prevents them from penetrating inside the filter. This patented technology is standard on all Donaldson DFPRE series units.
