Spot dust collectors
Spot dust collectors are designed to be installed directly over dust spots where the purpose of the aspiration system is not to collect and separate the dust generated, but to control the dispersion of dust from partially enclosed rooms, tanks, and areas where bulk products are discharged, transferred or transported.
These dust collectors are widely used in bulk product conveying systems, conveyor transfer points, mills and other similar processes where dust is part of the product and can be fed back into the production process. With this type of filtration unit, there is no need to design duct systems or to deal with the disposal of the collected dust.
Spot filters are a popular solution in the grain processing and food industry, animal feed production, cement, gypsum and sand processing, pharmaceutical industry, waste management and wood and paper production.
Donaldson DLMV Demountable Dot Dust Filters
Donaldson DLMV – insertable dust collectors without filter covering construction, making them easy to integrate into production facilities or to install directly into dust-containment structures. The flat shape of the filter bags allows for a large volume of filter bags to be contained in a single unit, allowing for a larger filtration area and a smaller filtration unit.
