Description

Non-woven viscose fabric

Viscose is a natural fibre derived from cellulose. It is the most commonly used fabric in the metalworking industry for filtering cooling oils (coolants).

Various porosities and grit sizes are available to achieve the required filtrate quality.

Viscose materials are ideal for most filtration systems.

Non-woven fabric polyester

Non-woven polyester filter paper is used for gravity filtration at high temperatures and high weights. The polyester fabric guarantees resistance to high pressure, abrasion, elongation, deformation and resistance to acids and oxidising agents.

This neustic material is particularly effective in multilayer filtration systems and in systems requiring high pressure resistance.

Widely used for coolant filtration in the aluminium cutting and recycling industry.

Non-woven polyester – viscose

The polyester and viscose filter fabric is ideal for filtering cooking oil. This non-woven filter is highly flexible and resistant to abrasion, elongation and deformation, making it suitable for continuous use.

This product combines the softness and adaptability of viscose fibres with the breaking strength of polyester fibres.

Highly recommended for filtering cooking oil.

The combination of synthetic polyester fibres and naturally sourced viscose fibres provides the type of filtration that is highly valued in liquids requiring high flow filtration media. This non-woven material is particularly effective when continuous filtration is required in food production processes.

Non-woven polypropylene

Non-woven filter fabrics made of polypropylene are widely used for the filtration of beverages and food, as they do not impart taste and have excellent chemical compatibility. The synthetic fibre is resistant to high temperatures and has a high mechanical tensile strength.

Polypropylene non-woven has very good mechanical and excellent chemical properties, making it more resistant to solvents. This synthetic fibre allows for maximum performance up to a temperature of 60ºC.

The ability to offer calendered products with outstanding mechanical tensile strength.
