A filter-press is one of the main devices used to separate solids and liquids from the production mass or waste.
- We choose the right type of material (polypropylene, polyester, polyamide), weave, fabric construction or permeability level to ensure that the filtration process runs smoothly and the fabrics last as long as possible.
- We supply fabrics in all common constructions: double, single, hanging or glued on a filter plate. We use polypropylene, polyester, polyamide (PA 6.6, PA 11, PA 12) and cotton fabrics. Depending on the mass to be filtered, we offer monofilament, multifilament or combined monofilament fabrics.
- Our range also includes double-layered fabric baffles and filter fabrics with a sewn-in backing to improve fluid drainage and protect the filter fabric.
- Depending on the design of the press plate, we can apply different fabric fasteners (adhesive tapes, staple loops or outer cord fasteners), the required edge and neck sealing materials, and we can form additional reinforcements.
- We also offer double-layer fabrics, reinforcing or protective fabrics that help to preserve the main filter element, thus extending its life.
