We offer filter elements from Donaldson and other manufacturers for the filtration of oil mist, emulsion, coolant or grease vapour.
- Donaldson Dryflo® cartridges use a combination of two filter cloths that are maximally effective in trapping oil or coolant mist generated in wet machining processes using conventional or mineral oil, water soluble, synthetic or semi-synthetic coolant.
- Donaldson WSO grease vapour filters are made from Synteq XP™ fabric, a polyester and glass fibre blend that is ideal for capturing thermally generated grease vapour and oil mist in a wide range of manufacturing processes.
- By adapting Donaldson filter elements to existing equipment from other manufacturers, the overall efficiency and lifetime of the filtration system is increased and 95% of contaminants and mist droplets as small as 0.3 microns are collected.
